1. Damaged in Transit / Defective Frame Guarantee
If your frame arrives damaged, cracked, or defective due to courier mishandling:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package via WhatsApp at +92 335 3433324 or email.
- Share a short photo or video showing the damaged portion and packaging.
- We will immediately manufacture and dispatch a brand-new replacement frame to your doorstep with ZERO additional shipping charges.
2. Personalized / Customized Orders
Since custom photo frames, LED names, and Nikkah certificates are permanently printed with your personal photos and dates, custom orders cannot be returned for simple change-of-mind once printed. However, if there is any defect in printing, glass, or frame construction, your free replacement guarantee applies unconditionally.
3. Refunds
If a replacement cannot be provided or in approved claim scenarios, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
