1. Introduction

Welcome to Al Jannat Frames (aljannatframes.com). By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Framing Specifications

All custom photo frames, dimensions, wood finishes, and calligraphy prints are crafted according to the customer’s approved digital preview. Slight color variations may occur due to screen monitor settings.

3. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Standard orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Custom frame orders cannot be canceled once wood cutting or high-definition printing has commenced.

4. Damage & Replacement Policy

If a frame arrives damaged during delivery, you must notify Al Jannat Frames within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to claim a free replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

All Islamic calligraphy designs, artwork, and branding on Al Jannat Frames belong exclusively to Al Jannat Frames and cannot be copied or redistributed without written permission.
