1. Orders & Custom Artwork
When ordering customized photo frames, you confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos, or artwork provided. We maintain strict privacy and confidentiality over all personal photos uploaded by customers and never share them with third parties.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors prior to order dispatch.
3. Craftsmanship & Quality
Our frames are individually handcrafted using high-density engineered wood mouldings, crystal gloss / acrylic protection, and ultra-HD archival art prints. Minor color variations may occur due to screen calibration differences between phone/monitor displays and physical prints.
4. Intellectual Property
All website graphics, branding, product photos, and design layouts are the property of Al Jannat Frames and protected under applicable copyright laws.
